The mandocello soft case arrived to today - I’m very happy with it! I’m very glad I went with the neck pouch/storage, and that handle is placed perfectly for balance! It’ll be so much nicer going to rehearsals and gigs!

The case came in yesterday. It’s beautiful and a perfect fit for this K. Yairi GL600 from the 1960s. I love the workmanship and attention to details. The garment ring is a clever, elegant feature. Thank you again for making such great cases!
I just ran across your website and got to thinking about the guitar case I purchased from you in around 2003 or so. I prefer a two shoulder carry so I added my own straps when I received it, but other than that, the case has served me very well and besides the inevitable soiling, it is in as good a conditions as it was when it arrived. It fits in the overhead bin of every aircraft I have traveled in from the small two row puddle jumpers to wide body airliners. It is extremely durable, well padded, light-weight and perfectly designed. It has made many thousands of miles of air-travel worry free and I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate it. The only downside for you is, it is so durable, I don’t foresee a repeat sale! Thank you for an outstanding product. I have recommended you guys many times!

Just posted this on Banjo Hangout. Gave you a "ten" (highest rating)"Last week I received two soft banjo gig bags from Blue Heron. One for my open back Bishline Okie, and the other for my custom Bishline resonator. I am blown away! First, the ordering process: I responded online, and Ken Jorgenson, owner, phoned me back promptly. I gave him the measurements of the banjos, selected options (neck pad in particular), and colors for the cases. Ken said it would take about two weeks until I received my cases.The cases arrived in a timely manner, and I was immediately impressed with the construction of the "shells" and the padding within. And they look great. The handles on both cases are perfectly positioned for easy one-hand carry, and the straps that permit shoulder or backpack carry seem plenty sturdy, even for the heavier resonator banjo. Both cases are surprisingly light for the protection they provide, and the custom fit, easy portability, sufficient room for a capo and a few other things in the outside pocket, and the fact that they have super eye appeal make these my "forsake all others" banjo bags for comfort on foot and trips in the van.
I have had my Blue Heron dulcimer case for nearly a month now, and every time that I open it I continue to be thoroughly impressed with your fine design and craftsmanship.

Confirming that the case arrived. It's fantastic and just what I needed. Thanks. The balance of the handle seems to be just right. It's maybe 1/2" longer than it needs to be, but that's fine. I especially like the hanger with it's pouch - nice little touch. Thanks again for the great work and meeting my Thailand deadline. You'll be hearing from me for another case upon my return.
I just wanted to let you know that My Blue Heron case arrived today safe and sound. It's very nice and high quality. My Fishook reso is definitely a snug fit, so it won't be sliding or bouncing around inside the case. I look forward to taking it out and not having to worry about all the weight of my hardshell case.
